Jordi Cipriano
PhD in Engineering and ICT
Director of BEE Group since its foundation in 2001. His background comes from the application of numerical methods for the analysis of air flows and thermal heat transfer in active building components and urban environment.
Last years he has centred in modelling the energy performance of buildings, BIPV components and in analysing the energy consumer behaviour in residential buildings, resulting as a one of the founders of the CIMNE – BEE Group’s Spin-offs in 2017: Beedata Analytics. He is also one of the founders and member of the board of directors of Inergy.
Jordi has accumulated experience in collaborating with municipalities, universities and private sector through national and international cooperative research projects and he is author of a large list of publications in international scientific journals and congresses.
Jordi acts also as representative of CIMNE-BEE Group in the following international research networks: E2B and INIVE. He is also one of the Spanish representatives within the AIVC and he is participating in the Annex 58 of the IEA.

The Energy for Society Network @Xre4S has made a series of interviews presenting the network and its researchers called #MeetTheExpert.
The @XRE4S is the R+D+I Network Energy for Society: a multidisciplinary and transversal ecosystem that gathers the expertise in the energy field of the main universities and research centers in Catalonia. The main goal is to promote the technology transfer and valorisation of energy technologies to industry and society.
