Since its inception in 2001, the BEE Group has focused (as its acronym indicates) on Energy, Buildings and Environmental issues through different research lines which have evolved according to the most innovative technological advances, adapting research to the challenges of modern society and the management of smart cities and buildings.
During these years the BEE Group has gained a wide experience and knowledge by participating in more than 41 national and international research projects that have led to the creation of two Spin-off companies, Beedata Analytics and Inergy, an open-source Big Data platform, ENMA, as well as different services under development such as BEE Geo.
Technologies
ENMA, The big data architecture
ENMA is the big data architecture developed by CIMNE BEE Group. A Big Data software which allows to store, manage and analyse high amounts of information from energy utility companies.
A scalable big data architecture with different components that orchestrate the whole set.
BEE Geo
A Geographical benchmarking tool
BEE Geo is a web tool application that provides geographical analysis of the electricity consumption by postal code, enabling characterization and benchmarking of consumption indicators.
BEE PV
Massive Photvoltaic prospection
BeePV is a tool to allow the massive prospection and optimisation of PV solar systems. The differential factor is the integration of the hourly electricity consumption profile of each client, providing personalised reports according to their needs.
